Contact Center

In October 2015, Aurora Airlines, a subsidiary of the Aeroflot Group, opened its own Contact Center with a multi-line number 8-800-250-49-88 and free calls from all cities and regions of Russia.

The contact center was created to provide information to the airline's customers, as well as to receive feedback from passengers.

The information and booking center of Aurora Airlines JSC operates on a principle similar to all current-day inquiry services. When calling 8-800-250-49-88, the caller will hear a short greeting message, after which a contact center employee will take the call.

The contact center records all conversations in order to combat prank calls and ensure tight control of incoming and outgoing information.

Services provided to passengers:

  • Information on the flight schedule, availability of seats, carriage costs, and fare applicability details;
  • Rules of carriage on the Airline's own flights and flights operated by Aeroflot PJSC;
  • Contact information on the Airline's representative offices, as well as sales offices location and working hours;

  • Assistance in finding convenient connections;

  • Booking seats with subsequent issue of tickets in a sales agency;

  • Booking travel extras (passenger and baggage insurance, preselect seats);

  • Processing of information documents;

  • Aftersales support;

  • Support for passengers in emergency situations (providing information in case of flight delay or cancellation; passenger notification of flight changes; reissue of tickets);
  • Helping passengers navigate the Airline's website (helping with booking via flyaurora.ru).

As of October 2017, Aurora Airlines JSC offers a new service: payment for air tickets by phone. Call our Contact Center to book an air ticket and pay for it immediately.
