Related to proactive system of risk management

All deciphered flight information is stored in the special database. Besides, the express analysis software builds automatically the flight route, calculates the aircraft mileage and climb gradient, calculates more than 60 control points followed by pilot or co-pilots signature.

The software has been tested on DHC 8-200 & Boeing 737-200 aircrafts. Upon results, 9 articles in the central press have been published.

By numbering of each control point by three deviation levels and by calculating the total flight score, it is real to assign to piloting skills the appropriate grade: satisfactorily, good, excellent.

Using mathematical methods, we make analysis of piloting skills for each flight division and each pilot.

The most important thing is that the system detects violations and prevents such violations. Besides, prevention is more important.

The software allows using both retroactive and proactive method of risk management in SMS.

For DHC 8-200 aircrafts

The software development started in 2006. It performs the express-analysis of flight information for DHC 8-200 recorded by SSFDR or UFDR.

Upon results of testing, the software for DHC 8-200 has been released for use (Order No. 5.6.-578 GA dd. 06.08.2005), included into Register of special aviation software No. 1005 and provided at http://www.flysafety.ru/reestr.htm. The software deciphers and analyses the flight information by 67 messages. After deciphering of recorders data, the results are immediately available for pilots. For analysis of flight information, the pilots may use any graphic flight data. The deciphered flight information is stored in the special database which allows making the system, retrospective or personal analysis.
