Codeshare Flights

Codesharing practice is widely used in civil aviation and it is based on agreements entered between air carriers. Codesharing (joint flight operation) is a form of cooperation between airlines when the same flight route is operated by two or more air carriers. One airline is directly engaged in flight operation, and the other one acts as a route partner authorized to sell tickets for such flight under its own designator.

Subject to codesharing agreements, Aeroflot cooperates with 27 foreign and Russian airlines, operating its flights together with its partners at over 100 cities in the world. When booking a codeshare flight, you will be informed about the name of the airline to operate the flight. When purchasing a ticket for the codeshare flight operated by a partner of PJSC Aeroflot under a codesharing agreement, you should keep in mind that for such codeshare flight the own baggage and special service regulations of air carrier will be applied.

In case of special meals order for codeshare flight operated by a partner of PJSC Aeroflot under a codesharing agreement, please read the Special Meals Section of air carrier.
